Hello, I pre ordered an mClassic and I haven't received any email about the shipment. Also, I opened a ticket 4 days ago and no one is replying. Anyone having this poor treatment? How can I legally proceed? Thank you in advance

Same here. I ordered my mclassic 2 weeks ago and payed a lot for delivery so I was expecting it to arrive quickly. I emailed them after a week and they got back to me promising it would be sent the next week. It still hasn't arrived and it gives me no information on the website. I've emailed them 3 more times over the last week and they aren't getting back to me. How long did you have to wait to receive your item?
