Does anyone know how I can get through to customer service from the uk? The only phone numbers they have are american. I ordered a mclassic usb processor over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. The website gives me no information accept that it was last updated when I ordered it. I got through to customer service via email about a week ago and I was promised I would receive it last week. There is still not update and all my emails are now being ignored. If anyone has any information on how to get through to customer service it would be much appreciated.
