I had an authorized RMA for an Mclassic and sent it back to Marseille Inc. I can not get any replies now from emails, support tickets or even Twitter. No replies whatsoever. I think the unit is just gone now. I really liked the unit until it stopped working, but can't really see buying another one if this is the customer service to expect.
